Flames coaches focus on instructing players on playing softball "The Flames Way". This includes instruction on the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for each player to achieve personal and team success. It also includes teaching, by example, Godly character that leads to personal growth, self discipline, and self confidence. QUALIFICATIONS: • Has the ability to organize and supervise a youth baseball program from November to July. • Has previous successful softball coaching experience (preferred). • Has softball acumen beyond "Rec League" knowledge • Has a reputation as an appropriate role model for youth athletes ABOUT FLAMES SPORTS: Flames Sports is one of the largest faith based, non-profit travel baseball and softball organizations in West Michigan.
